Please read the terms and conditions of use of our website carefully and make sure you fully understand them.

General

AROMATERIE is responsible for making sure that the information given on the website https://www.aromaterie.com about the quality, quantity, main characteristics and prices of the products is completely accurate.
Even so, some products may look slightly different on a computer screen from how they are in reality (colour, size, texture).

The prices shown in the listings next to each product include VAT.
These prices apply to the quantities available. AROMATERIE reserves the right to change the description and prices of its products without prior notice, but when fulfilling your order it undertakes to send the products you ordered at the prices shown on its website at the time of the order.

Each user uses the AROMATERIE online shop entirely at their own responsibility. Its content does not constitute, and can in no case be interpreted as, advice or a direct or indirect encouragement to users to take any action. Assessing the content is up to each user, who confirms that they have full legal capacity under Greek law and takes sole responsibility for the use of any part of it.

If a specific person's details are entered in the relevant fields of the website, it is irrebuttably presumed that these details are true, that they were entered by that person and that the person has full legal capacity. Otherwise, the company reserves every legal right to claim compensation from anyone responsible for any damage it suffers from the order.

Purpose of the website

The website was created to sell cosmetics online and send them as parcels.

Registration

When registering on the website www.aromaterie.gr, where and if this is required, the user agrees to provide true, accurate, valid and complete information in the forms used to access the content/services. Users agree to notify AROMATERIE immediately of any unauthorised use of their account and of any actual and/or possible security breach.

Shipping of products

Products are sent with the courier company “Geniki Metaforiki” and are delivered safely to the address given by the user within two to five working days of receiving the order.

AROMATERIE accepts no liability for delays in delivery caused by extreme weather, strikes or force majeure; in such cases the delivery period above is extended for as long as the cause of the delay lasts.
The shipping charge is calculated and shown in the order form. Products always come with the corresponding receipt or invoice.
For orders within Greece the cost is 5 euros for orders from 0 to 2kg. Each additional kilo costs €1. If you pay with PayPal / a card through PayPal, an extra €8.00 is charged (PayPal and bank fees).

Limitation of liability

If an order cannot be fulfilled, AROMATERIE has the right to withdraw from it and not fulfil it; if the price has already been paid, it is refunded by deposit to your bank account.
