Ways of ordering
- Through the e-shop: you find the product you want and press the "Cart" option and follow the steps to complete your order.
- By phone: by calling us at 22410 33660 (for the Rhodes store) and at 22420 26229 (for the Kos store) from Monday to Saturday 9am - 9pm.

Product shipping
The products are sent with the national post office and delivered safely to the address specified by the user leaving from us within two to three working days from the receipt of the order.
"AROMATERIE" does not accept any responsibility in the event of a delay in delivery due to extreme weather, strikes and force majeure, in which case the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay lasts.
Shipping charges are calculated and suggested on the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents.

The amount you are charged for shipping starts form 18€ up to 1 kg. For heavier purchases you can see the shipping cost at "checkout" where the system calculates the cost according to your order.
