Withdrawal form

14 days. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you received the products, without giving a reason.

Returnable: Candles, Easter candles and soaps, intact and as you received them.

Not returnable, for reasons of hygiene or because they are made to order (article 3ιβ of Greek law 2251/1994): perfumes (all of them, premium included), body care, home/car fragrances and gift boxes.

Essence boost: Extra ml added on request is made specially for you and cannot be returned.

2+1 offer: To get back the money you paid, all three products of the offer must be returned.

How: Press the button below (or send any clear statement to info@aromaterie.com). Then send the parcel to: AROMATERIE Ε.Ε., Ethelonton Dodekanision 35, 851 31 Rhodes, Greece, marked "Product return".

Additional terms: We refund the price and the delivery cost you paid within 14 days, by the same payment method. We may wait until the products are back with us. You pay for the return shipping. If the products are returned and are found to have been used, altered or damaged, we are not obliged to refund any amount.

Faulty or wrong product? The legal guarantee always applies. Contact us and we replace it or refund you, at no cost.
