Where do I find my perfume's code?
On the bottle label or on your order confirmation. It looks like “AR170”: two letters and a number.
I lost it. What do I do?
Send us a photo of the bottle on Instagram or at info@aromaterie.com and we'll tell you which one it is. We do it all the time. If you only remember the smell, type a note in the box, e.g. vanilla, and see the perfumes that carry it.
Will it be exactly the same scent?
Yes. Each code stands for one composition, and your bottle is filled from that same one, in the size you choose.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, to Cyprus and Europe. Within Greece shipping is free from €45. You see the cost at checkout, before you pay.
I bought it online. Where do I see what I got?
On the “Where is my order?” page with the order number and your email, or in your account, where all your orders are.
