14 days. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you received the products, without giving a reason.
Returnable: candles, Easter candles and soaps, unused and as you received them.
Not returnable (article 3ιβ of Greek law 2251/1994: hygiene, goods that deteriorate or are made to order): perfumes and premium perfumes, body care, home and car fragrances, gift boxes, and anything made specially for you.
Essence boost: extra ml added on request is made specially for you and cannot be returned.
2+1 offer: if you return one of the three bottles, we refund exactly what you paid for that specific bottle, as shown on your order invoice. If you return the free bottle, nothing was paid for it.
How: press the button below (or send any clear statement to info@aromaterie.com). Then send the parcel to: AROMATERIE Ε.Ε., Ethelonton Dodekanision 35, 851 00 Rhodes, Greece, marked "Product return".
Refund: we refund the price and the delivery cost you paid within 14 days, by the same payment method. We may wait until the products are back with us. You pay for the return shipping. If products come back used or damaged, the loss in value is deducted.
Faulty or wrong product? The legal guarantee always applies: contact us and we replace it or refund you, at no cost.
