RETURN POLICY

The customer as a consumer within the meaning of Law 2251/1994 ("on consumer protection") confirms that:

  • Knows the identity and address of the company as a supplier, since these details are listed above on this website,
  • the full cost of the service provided is clearly stated, and, as long as it does not include VAT, this is explicitly and clearly stated, while any additional costs (transportation, etc.) are also clearly stated,
  • fully understands and consents to the method of payment, delivery and execution, he has not been asked to pay any amount for communicating with the company

The consumer customer is entitled to withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days, returning the goods in their original condition, bearing the return costs. This withdrawal must be made by the customer in writing and communicated to "AROMATERIE". The merchant must refund the money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, he may delay refunding if he does not receive the products or receipt for their return. Refunds must include shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase

Items that can be returned are: room fragrances in the form of sticks (diffusers). Customized items made to order for you, such as press perfumes and body lotions (they are scented for you and cannot be returned for resale) are not returnable.

It is clarified that returned products must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the tags accompanying the product must be present, exactly as they were when you received it together with the retail receipt or invoice. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In the unlikely event that the customer receives a defective or damaged product, the store will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product at no additional cost. The consumer customer should inform by e-mail or telephone to be sent instructions for the return of the product. If the product ceases to be available, a replacement with an equivalent product can be arranged upon consultation or a refund. "AROMATERIE" has a guarantee policy. It is not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear and tear, misuse and destruction when removing the tags.
